This new Triathlon & Multisports Conference is being held at the BIC in Bournemouth on 24/25th November 2007.The focus of the weekend is interactive training and advice on all aspects of the sport catering from beginners to advanced.

Coaching legend Joe Friel is the keynote speaker over the weekend. Joe doesn't often travel to the Uk so this is an opportunity not to be missed. Joe is joined by; Andrew Potter-three time Kona top 5 finisher and head coach from T3 Performance, Dr Auriel Forrested from Scientific Coaching, Michael Hanreck - former Enduroman Champion, Martin Yelling from Active Futures, Julie Dibens-professional Triathlete and current Xterra World Champion, Phil Cavell of Cyclefit, John Dennis-head physio of the GB elite team, Andy Blow of votwo who will be doing all the practical V02/heart rate & power testing sessions at the event.
